The Lifeboat launched at 4.35pm tasked to Mullion Cove where 2 people were reported to have fallen from a kayak/s and were attempting to swim ashore. On arrival the Y-boat was deployed. The casualties had made their way to rocks and were subsequently brought to shore where although cold, they were pronounced fit by waiting South West Paramedics. In attendance also – Mullion Coastguard Rescue Team and HMS Coastguard Rescue Helicopter.
