Goodbye Russ - Welcome back Andrew

Following an action packed year at The Lizard, Coxswain Russ Craig (and Leif) left the station at the end of September in order to continue their careers as an RNLI Coxswain and his dog! Russ is just about to complete his “Severn” Lifeboat training, adding another string to his bow which will enable him to considerably widen his scope as a relief Coxswain around the RNLI Stations of the British Isles. Russ went straight from The Lizard to St Helier RNLI Lifeboat Station on Jersey to do just that.

Thank you Russ, and Leif. We just don’t know where that year went!  – hope you and Maddie, and Leif of course will pop back to see us one day?  In the meantime, after his year long secondment to another managerial role in the RNLI we welcome back Andrew Putt as The Lizard Lifeboat Coxswain.
